WTB Rare shield
I'm looking for a rare aegis/tall shield/shield of the wing/ornate buckler (any of these will do) The follow mods must be on the shield: 16 armor req 8 or 7 preferablly tactics, +45 while enchanted or +30 all the time + 20% to fire skills. The fire skills mods may be substituted for - health (damage taken).
